Your Support Is Horrible and a Joke
I have been extremely patient and I even hate putting the title I added about your support but here is why.
I lost all access to my King of Fairdun Supporter Pack when I requested support to switch my license over to my new email account which was completed but upon linking my Steam, it said I no longer have a valid license. I contacted POE support and got the typical message stating were behind and please be patient so I sat here without having the ability to play anymore. I finally got a response last week (nearly 2 months later) and basically I provided all responses back to your support which I am finally fed up with your support team as here is my latest response from your joke of a support. [Removed by Support] Seriously and OK, so Rory is basically stating thanks for 100$ and we don't care you cant play our game. Update: I troubleshot the issue myself and as a test I downloaded the client directly and logged in that way which guess what, it works and I can play now without any help from your support. Thanks for your joke of a response Rory but yes I could have told you my email and purchase is linked correctly if you would have actually reviewed my case. The linkage between my account and Steam is what is actually not working.
