Burning Monolith Wont Accept Crisis Fragments ps5

Hello

ive been trying to get help with this for a while now and ive been directed here, so my game is at a stand still - I cant get in burning monolith - I put my first key in worked fine, my other two keys wont go in, have tried to make it work on my PC version but still doesn't work. Please help

ive seen some fixes saying hold down alt on PC but its not working - i saw a guy say he got around it by plugging and unplugging controller.. nothing is working
please fix as im just at a loss of what to do..

There are three different types of crisis fragment:
- Weathered
- Ancient
- Faded

From your clip it looks like you have Weathered fragments in your inventory when you need 1 of each type.

that was the problem thank you its worked now
