Sound device selection bug

This bug has been here since early access release.

1. If you are using a wireless headset, for example, when you next start the game it won't work. You have to select another sound device and then the headset again.

2. Selecting another sound device for the first time doesn't work, you have to do it again for it to actually work.

3. This does not trigger "save" so maybe this is why the setting is lost next time?
