Disconnect ends current map like i died or changed maps before completing

I was in a citadel and i died, having 2 more revives, and disconnected at teh same time. Theres now a new disconnect window that pops up to let you know, but when i logged back my waystone was closed and map spot lost all modifiers as if i died 100% of times or started another map before finishing. please fix thanks!

Yep it is doing this randomly on all maps. Do not use any good waystones or boss items until it gets fixed.
