Armour lost after completing map

Hi Support,

Armour has disappeared after finishing map. Please help to roll back my armour.

Body armour is The Coming Calamity
Heroic Armour. Also was fully gem socketed

UPDATE: Logged out and logged back in. Armour returned however socketed rune was lost

UPDATE 2: Mid game armour lost again. Armour returns and All socketed runes lost after logging in.

This bug has been being reported for a while, I'm surprised it doesn't seem to have been fixed.

I've heard it's related to socketing certain support gems, though I don't think I've heard which ones actually cause the issue.

Found the root cause.

Herald of Ash with more than 2 gem socketed causes the bug.
