Can't remove "From Nothing" jewel from passive tree

I have a corrupted from nothing jewel allocated in my passive tree, i just tried to exchange for another jewel but i cannot take it out of the passive tree socket.

Did you allocate a passive that depends on it? You need to refund that too.

Thank you - that helped me remove the jewel, but now i cant place the new one...

Issue solved, with lifting another jewel and then trying again... but feels like something buggy going on here.
