Viper Legionnaires ARE NOT DYING wtf?????!?!?

I`m doing maps and I bumped into a handfull of Viper Legionnaires and they continuously respawn after dying!

I kill them (incredibly hard), but they immediately respawn, endlessly. And I can`t get rid of them either...

WTF is happening???
