Guiding Palm of The Mind (Lightning) Shrine Scepter

Hi, Wanted to ask, regarding the Update to the Scepter in 0.2.1

on scepter it has a stat:

"Gain 25% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage"
also
"Grant Effect of Guided Tempest Shrine"

i search the Shrine effect its description is :

- Gain 100% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage
- Lightning bolts strike enemies near you

My question is, do i receive Gain 25% + 100% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage ?

Sadly no, you "only" get the part of shrine effect that makes u have a thunderstorm around you when enemies are close. No extra damage.
