Arrbiter Tier 4 After Disconnection – All Loot Lost on June 10–11, 2025

I’m writing to report an issue I encountered on June 10 and 11, 2025, while playing Path of Exile 2. The incident occurred between approximately 00:50 and 01:15 server time.

I completed the Arbiter Tier 4 fight twice. In one encounter, I received the Sacred Flames, and in the other, a Grand Regalia. However, when I attempted to return to my hideout afterward, I received a “Failed to join any instances” message and was disconnected twice.

After reconnecting, I found that all the items from those encounters were gone, which was very disappointing given their importance to my character’s progress.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and assist in recovering the missing loot.

Similar situation for me.
I just got super excited because I got two divine orbs from one map.
Then I got disconnected and all loot from my inventory is lost and map is failed.

I also experienced this issue on a regular map, this morning and two time consequently.
(June 11, between 2AM / 3AM UTC+2 on Paris server)

I got disconnected without any server message and my loot in my inventory has disappeared. (Rollback + map instance lost)

Please GGG, could you review this issue as soon as possible ?

An other server instance crash has been occurred now, on Paris server.

I have lost a terrific "juicy" map, what a disappointment !
