Lich's Price of Power node not working for Triggered spells

Cast on Freeze triggers Contagion at around 12 secs but charges still at 3, and increased energy shield minor node before the Price of Power also doesnt give more energy shield (confirms charges aren't spent, ES also at 584 in town)

Not sure if that was intentional, the nodes work when the spell is self casted but should probably have more information that triggered spells dont count, or this is to be fixed in a future patch.
