SSF to Standard league broke my game...my whole inventory is wiped!!!!

I am lvl 92 and i switched from SSF to the standard league and my entire atlas map is reset, My main story progress is reset and I do not have any of my benches in my hideout...My character is basically ruined now...Why would it be done like this? or is this a bug that of course i ended up with? Also my entire inventory is completely wiped...
