WHEN I GO TO ANY CITADEL OR SPECIAL MAP, THE GAME KICKS ME OUT AND GOES BACK EVERY TIME. AND THE MAPS FAIL. WE DON'T WANT TO WAST MORE TIME. WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME TO REACH CITADEL OR UNIQE MAP AND AS A RESULT, WE ARE PREVENTED FROM REACHING THE REWARD!!!

yes, its a current issue with the servers, basically your depending on your luck right now if you run a map or citadel.
also you should have written EVEN MORE in caps, to make it even MORE clear that you are struggeling
