Barrage and contagion

Why make contagion a barrageable skill if it’s only gonna hit one target? Contagion doesn’t stack right so what would be the point of hitting the same target 3 times with contagion. I wanted to try it out on my poison pathfinder to get contagion to drop on multiple targets that way I have a better chance of spreading it but it don’t work like that. Just kind of seems like a missed opportunity

Dunno how you were gonna spread Contagion, but many chaos builds use Essence drain for it.

You hit once a mob, it gets contagion, then you hit it with something that chains/forks and contagion spreads.

I also notice some not so intelligent people using unleash with it. ROFLMAO
