Wandering Rune Merchants - Campaign Rare Encounters

I would like to suggest a fun idea to GGG. Wandering Rune Merchant NPCs would be a rare encounter during the campaign that can randomly spawn in zones, except towns and hideouts. These merchants originate from Ezomyr worshiping their animalistic Ezomyte gods. They tend to wander into the dark corners of Wraeclast, such as caves and dungeons. Imagine exploring a dungeon only to stumble across an elusive merchant standing in the corner setting up shop.

Early in the campaign, they will sell a limited quantity of various lesser runes, and as you progress in later Acts, they will begin to sell normal and greater runes. They do not sell endgame runes. These merchants will also have a distinct icon on the minimap once you are in close range.
