Offering Skills are not re-applied as intended after 3.26.0c release

My offering skill buffs are not applied accordingly. The animation of successfully using an offering skill is shown, but the icon on the top of my screen is not shown and the acual effect is also not applied.

Iam using The Queen's Hunger + Leash of Oblation to trigger the different offerings. They are applied just fine for the first time, but as soon as they're supposed to be re-applied, the animation shows, the corpses are beeing used, but no effect is applied.

PS: It worked as intented prior to 3.26.0c release.
PPS: I was NOT used to unequip The Queen's Hunger what so ever. Just wearing it.

EDIT: Hotfix 2 of 3.26.0c seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for the quick response!

Is that acually the case? So offerings themselfs are bugged right now?! Damn.
