Bugs: Omens fail to duplicate outcome

1. The omen that makes a Rogue Exile to bring reinforcements in got consumed with no effect (only 1 exile encountered with nothing unusual).
1.a. After the omen got consumed, I noticed that subsequent Rogue Exiles that would spawn in maps, were no longer constrained to dropping Intelligence based gear, despite me having specialized so on the tree.

2. The omen that allows you to open a box for a second time did not do so with the Unique beetle-shaped box (but was consumed).
