Infinite loading screen

I went in the trial of chaos for forth ascendancy point with a party and got into a infinite loading screen can load my monk and run maps but my huntress is cooked i believe the issue is it's trying to load me into an instance that is no longer available to be loaded because once a door shuts in the trial you can't go back in there I tried unplugging ps5 rebooting internet loading other characters anything I could find on youtubeI appreciate the help with this in advance

Once it hits u, it wont go away anymore, I been waiting for a solid 2 weeks with my Huntress and the issue persists.
