many new listing not captured by live search

many new listing seems to no be captured by live search.

have live search tabs on a bunch of things and many new listings are not showing up.

i can search those items in non live search tab and it does in fact shows some items listed a short while ago (live search tabs was not pinged).

idk what the failure rate it. could be anywhere from 20%-80%.

been trading lots for 2 leagues, unlikely to be a mistake on my part.
