Maven healing spam!

Normal maps is not a big deal but with juiced t17 boss and Juiced Harvest boss (bugged doesnt change phase) it really messed up where she keep healing every 2-4 second non stop! people's been asking for this fix for more then 3 years and its still a thing. WHY GGG?
