Stuck on Manor Ramparts loading screen

I’ve seen others with this problem but it still doesn’t appear fixed. I was playing couch co-op and when P2 pressed the button to enter the Manor Ramparts in Cruel 1 it left us stuck on the loading screen. I closed the game and restored the license but that still didn’t fix it. Now when we log in with either of our characters we are still stuck on the Manor Ramparts loading screen. I also tried logging in with a 3rd uninvolved character as P1 and my stuck character as P2 and even when trying to load into the area that P1 is in, it's still stuck on that loading screen. We both liked this game and now we both can’t play
