Temple of Chaos - Arena area 2 bug. NPC not spawning.

Heyoooo.


So I've probably done Temple of Chaos 10-15 times now. Currently on my Smith of Kitava L48 I've decided to go get my 3rd and 4th Ascendency points.

So I walk in, choose my debuff. Clear the room. Go to the second room debuff selection, choose my debuff selection - walk into the room. Then I realise the NPC did not spawn to pause the battlefield to introduce those debuffs. I walk into the arena by the Corruption Dais to click to begin the corruption trial.

Nothing happens, I can't click it. So I try to access the lift to go back - can't. I walk around the whole arena hoping to trigger something, nadda. I talk to people in chat in real time, I check my network and pings to google, all good. I hit esc, no "respawn at checkpoint" option so I guess I gotta log out and wait, no worries - I'll run a few maps on my main.

I clear my maps - log back in, I'm in town not Temple of Chaos - I go to Temple of Chaos - my chimera free tokens still in the statue to start - I then select my debuff and clear the first room, go to the debuff selection, NPC doesn't spawn to pause and buff the arena - and same issue.

What's going on? Am I stuck?

Just tried a third time on my Warrior - same issue. Dude never spawns to setup the arenas parameters on the seconds arena.
