Instilling/anointing Crashing Wave bug?

Hi,
I am having a issue with instilling Crashing Wave to an amulet. I can read on online forums and YouTube videos, that I need to use distilled Envy, Guilt and Despair, but when I try to set it up, then I get Unstable Bond instead of Crashing Wave. The “tool tip” also shows that I should be Unstable Bond in the passive tree. Does it mean that Crashing wave can’t be instilled anymore?? " Looks like the notables in the first area of each starting point cant be instilled, just tried to check emotions on some of them (for each class) and it doesnt show emotions comb for them. not sure if it's a bug or intented. แก้ไขล่าสุดโดย IILU81II#8410 เมื่อ 28 มิ.ย. 2025 07:28:06

It's an intended change that happened a couple updates back. Idk how permanent it is, but the reasoning GGG gave at the time is that issues arose from early notables that change based on what class you play (sorc/witch)
