blackjaw completed in both acts (map shows complete) - no fire res

Hi there,
lvl 97 deadeye.
Ive recently realized i was missing 10% fire res. (fully unequpiied im at -40% where the others are at 30) I have been looking for the solution, and all signs point to me missing blackjaw in one of the acts, but the maps for acts 3 and 6 shows him beaten, AND i've now created new instances in both acts twice, removed my herald, beaten him, and he hasnt dropped a core or otherwise given me my missing 10% fire res..

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
