Currency Exchange completed order grayed out

I have a completed order in my currency exchange but it's grayed out and can't withdraw my currency.

What gives? first time this has happened to me.

Is it bugged or am i suddenly doing something wrong?

It's me; i accidently logged into the wrong character in whatever the "eternal realm" is called here.

my fault - all these characters look identical took me too long to notice.
