'Marked for Death' passive vs weapon set points [feedback]

This passive will feel better if it would be 'Culling against enemies you MarkED' instead of 'Culling against enemies you Mark'.

rn if I have this passive on Weapon set 2 tree and mark enemy with Weapon Set 1, and switch to weapon set 2 the cull wont proc, i have to mark them again, even if its the same mark. I think it will feel smoother if this was not so strict.

note: I get the wording, i get the trigger conditions for weapon swap passive points, i'm not saying its bugged or w/e
