citadel boss crash-jamanra

This has happened 3 times now at the Jamanra fight. I get booted from the map and fail the map. i lose the citadel not to mention i lose the visions of paradise. This last crash happened during a 4 tower 3 citadel circle. So i lost 9 fragments. Is this crash happening to anyone else? I'm so sick of getting burned trying to play end game from server issues. Why do we lose the map if the server boots us to main screen?
