First self built, in need of critism/advices

Hello everyone,

I've been playing for quite a while, especially cyclone, but i've always followed builds.
This time i wanted to make my own since i hate staves and can't play with shockwave.

The build was based on Pheonix's slayer cyclone for 3.25.

I know my items are suboptimal but you gotta start somewhere.

My biggest doubt right now is the chest piece. I'm thinking of going to a armor/evasion base to get some more defensive layers through gems (Moltenshell, ...).

I'm open to anything and will be happy to discuss with weathered build creators.
