Ravenous Misshapen - Absurd damage

Anyone having problems with this ridiculous yellow lightning monsters in T15 or T16?
got 75 resists, 74 block, 3.7k hp, 350 es and Blasphemy with Enfeeble.

Tried to improve damage against critical, tried to up life to 4.4k hp.

This is the only thing that is killing me for the past few farm-LVLS (lv 97 now).


SOoooo:
a) do you think that + max lightning resists would really help?
b) Any other tips to improve survival?

any help is apreciated!
