Tone Down Flask Drops

Given we only need 2 flasks, GGG should really tone down flask drops in the next update. Seems like every 3rd or 4th drop is a flask.

Install a loot filter. We need quite a few flasks to get ones with good mods.
Flasks with quality you can salvage for glassblowers baubles. And you can recombine three flasks for a larger one with a chance for better mods. |
