Ring incorrectly removes resistance

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but every time I log into the game, my resistance values are incorrect — they don’t match what they should be based on my gear.
I’ve noticed that the issue seems to be related to a ring I'm wearing.
As a temporary fix, I have to unequip and re-equip the ring after logging in, which corrects the resistance values.
