Cast on skills bugged

When enabling cast on crit or cast on freeze or cast on ignite, the skill requires and consumes no spirit initially in the menu. Then upon casting or using any ability the ability aura dissapears. Then the ability is utilizing spirit but no aura is active. No skills slotted into the cast on function. I can toggle the skill on and off and spirit does not change at first.

I am experiencing this on numerous characters. Please inform me if it is a user error.

My character currently cant use coc on weapon set 1 even with plenty spirit and enabling it. No aura appears notjing. Cof does though apparently.

What skill are you trying to use with "Cast On" whatever? It doesnt activate/consume spirit until you slot a skill on it...it's not an aura tho, you gain energy by applying ailments on enemies and when it's full it triggers socketed spells.
There's no "cast on" on that link so again what are you trying to use with cast on?
