Stuck on the elevator

Character name: Fryada. Stantard league


After defeat Ketzuli, summon Alva and talk to her I Ride the elevator that starts moving after talking to her. Then game lost server connection and character can't leave a elevator area, can't teleport to town (cannot connection to area report).
Help, please
