Cannot redeem Demigod skin

When you enter the /convertracereward command, a window should open, but it opens against the background of the chat. When you try to close the chat, the window closes too. If you open your inventory or close the chat using the keyboard, you will have access to the window. But you still can't write anything in it. You can only click the "cancel" button. When you select a text input field, nothing happens. Is this known issues?
