[PS5 - Couch Co-Op] - 2 bugs in 1: Game Crashes when opening inventory & instance crashes.

My wife and I play a lot together and we’ve noticed that the game will consistently crash when we are running high density T15 Maps. If we open our inventory while fighting when one of us is dead the game will crash and if it was our last death or if there were no more revives left there’s no possible way to re-enter the game into the map on the character that didn’t die.

So if I died and my wife is running the rest of the map without revives left and she opens the inventory, the game crashes, she cannot login SOLO, because the game won’t load with both of our characters stuck in the instance but one is dead. If we login Couch Co-Op TOGETHER. The map is failed and we are booted into the hideout.
