Shieldwall and Resonating shield not scaling with aoe attack passives

I just tested it and it seems that shield wall and resonating shield do not increase with the "#% increased attack Area damage" cluster on the left of the critical cluster on the barbiarian side.

Strangely increased Aoe range of that cluster works, just not the damage.

Shield charge gets all the boni so its those two that seems bugged on some tags
