Incorrect Delve Node Labels on Subterranean Chart (PS5)

Playing on PS5, I've run multiple Delve nodes that have been labeled as Azurite nodes with both the Azurite icon and selection text on the chart. But occasionally these nodes' encounters end up being an entirely different encounter, such as weapons, or items nodes. Even after completing the encounter, the chart still incorrectly lists the completed node as an Azurite encounter.
