❓ Overview

Welcome to my first build guide, I have been playing Arc ever since Enki's Legendary build got posted, I have been updating my Arc Non-Crit version every league and I thought I would share it as I have seen others saying they miss Enki's Arc Witch, so hopefully this build is something different and new, This build shines in mapping, league starts, offering smooth gameplay, satisfying visuals, and flexibility.

⚠️ This guide is aimed at beginners to intermediates, but with enough scaling to handle endgame content.

🧙‍♀️ Class & Ascendancy

Class: Witch
Ascendancy: Elementalist

⚡ Why Elementalist?

- Shaper of Storms = Guaranteed shock, even on bosses.

- Heart of Destruction = Big AoE boost for clearing.

- Mastermind of Discord = Extra damage from Exposure

- Liege of the Primordial = Golem buffs, adds survivability.

🧪 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

- High clear speed

- Beginner friendly

- Easy to gear

- Can run most map mods (Avoid No Leech, Less Aura Effect, Monsters Avoid Ailments)

❌ Cons

- Not ideal for pinnacle bosses without investment

- Squishy without proper defenses

- Mana management early on

⚡ Core Skills

Main Skill:

- Arc + Spell Echo + Lightning Pen + Lvl 4 Empower + Added Lightning Damage + Arcane Surge

If you Swap

- Lightning Tendrils of Escalation + Infused Channelling + Focused Channelling + Lvl 4 Empower + Added Lightning Damage + Arcane Surge

Movement:

- Flame Dash

- Optional: Lightning Warp for fun or flavor

Auras and Mana Reservation Skills:

- Wrath (Damage)

- Clarity (Mana Sustain)

- Determination (High Armour)

- Tempest Shield (High Spell Block)

Utility:

- 4 Golems - 2x Lightning Golem, 1x Stone Golem and 1x Flame Golem

- Frost Shield (Raw HP Defense)

- Sigil of Power (Less Damage Taken) Keep at Lvl 14 with 20 Quality

- Conductivity (Link with Arcanist Brand for easy application)

🧱 Passive Tree

Keystones to Grab:

- Elemental Overload (easy crit for 40% More Damage)

Clusters to Focus On:

- Overshock - 40% increased Effect of Lightning Ailments

- Doryani's Lesson - 0.2% of Elemental Damage Leeched as Life

- Storm Drinker - 8% Lightning Penetration

Stats to Grab:

- Cast Speed

- Mana and Mana Regeneration

- Mana Reservation Efficiency

- Block and Spell Block

🛡️ Defensive Layers

- Less Damage Taken (Sigil of Power and Call of the Void)

- High Block and Spell Block

- High Armour

- Life Leech

- Golems for Life Regen and Increased Defenses

- Stun Immunity

💎 Gear Overview

Weapon: The Dark Seer or a good rare
Shield: +1 to Lightning Spells, 75%+ Chance to Block, Lightning as Extra Chaos, Double Damage
Helmet/Chest/Gloves/Boots: Life, Resistances, ES and Armour
Amulet: Voices of the Storm
Rings: Call of the Void, Mark of the Shaper
Belt: Stygian Vise (if available) or Heavy Belt for life
Flasks:

- Life Flask

- Mana Flask (early)

- Quicksilver Flask

- Granite Flask (Upgrade to Rumi's Concoction)

- Sulphur and Silver Flask for Bosses

Leveling Skills:

- [1–12] Lightning Tendrils / Freezing Pulse

- [12–28] Arc + Flame Dash

- [28+] Arc + support gems (see above)

Ascendancy Progression:

- Shaper of Storms

- Liege of the Primordial

- Mastermind of Discord

- Heart of Destruction

Bandits: Help Kraityn for 8% increased Movement Speed
Major Pantheon: Soul of the Brine King (Before Stun Immunity), Soul of Lunaris (After Stun Immunity)
Minor Pantheon: Soul of Abberath (for Burning Ground Immunity)

🔥 Endgame Scaling Options

- Switch to Lightning Tendrils of Escalation (see above for supports)

- Mark of the Shaper Ring

- Double Influence Chest (see PoB notes for how to craft)

- Corrupted Call of the Void with 10% increased Cast Speed

- Corrupted Voice of the Storm with 20% increased Wrath Effect

Arc Witch is a great mix of simplicity and satisfying lightning effects. It’s beginner-friendly, clears maps like a dream, and has a smooth leveling experience. Whether you're playing SSF or trade league, this build is a reliable, flashy caster to start or end your league with.
