Carnelian Amulet - Help Warriors w/ Attack Speed

For Content Patch 0.3.0, I would like to propose a new amulet similar to the Pearl Ring, but instead of granting increased cast speed, it grants increased attack speed. This would go a long way to improve warriors feeling overly sluggish.

Carnelian gemstone was chosen as it is widely associated with qualities of quickness and agility. Fun fact, ancient warriors wore Carnelian for courage and physical power, believing it helped them conquer enemies with speed and strength.
