PS5 HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER A WEEK

Is there any news or any word on when the game will be fixed on console? After the last patch, before server maintenance, the game crashes every 8-10 mins. I'm someone with a job who still finds a way to participate in the leagues and would love to continue to play the game. No response or anything for a week is crazy though. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled after the recent patch. Yes, I checked all of my settings.
