[SUGGESTION] Quality of Life - Allow Blacksmith Whetstone to affect non-physical damage types
Currently, a Blacksmith Whetstone gives 1% physical damage to Martial Weapons.
Issue: Not all Martial Weapons have Physical Damage as their Base Damage Type. For example, a Crackling Quarterstaff has 13-54 Lightning Damage as its Base Damage Type, and therefore, does not receive a Quality % when a Blacksmith Whetstone is used on it. The same goes for other Martial Weapons, like Cultist Bow, etc. Suggestions: There are a few ideas for suggestions. (a) Allow Blacksmith Whetstone to work with whatever the Base Damage Type is. For example, Crackling Quarterstaff would gain Lightning Damage when increasing Quality % and Cultist Bow would gain Chaos Damage. Etc. (b) Allow Arcanist's Etcher to raise Quality % of any weapon that uses a Damage Type that is not Physical Damage. For example, Elemental Damage (Cold / Fire/ Lightning, OR Chaos Damage, OR any other damage types that may be introduced into the game... (c) Create a new Currency which increases the Quality % of Martial Weapons that do not use Physical Damage as its Base Damage Type. (d) Use one of the above Currencies to Give players the choice of which Damage Type is affected by Quality % (Physical, Cold, Fire, Lightning, Chaos, or Elemental). --------------------- I think (a) or (b) would make the most sense. No. Martial weapon skills work with damage conversion. You don't want elemental weapon damage on your martial weapon, anyway.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?

+Quality shouldn't ever be a functionless stat, regardless of item base, affixes, or conversions.
