What if Deflect came from armor AND evasion rating?

Deflection is a much more practical defensive layer, and thematically it could stem from either defense type - armor diverts the force away from you, evasion angles you correctly to not have taken as much force in the first place.

If you can gain it from both of those defense types, it also makes it more practical to mix and match those defensive types as a life build, since they share a secondary bonus, instead of effectively forcing you into a single defense type if you want to gain the full advantage of deflection or prismatic armor.
