Fixed quality on Ascendancy skills?

Sorcery Ward (witchhunter) got a nerf on what it's quality does to it.

NEW: Sorcery Ward: Quality now grants Barrier can take Elemental Damage up to +0-5% of your Armour and Evasion Rating (previously +0-10%).

The kicker to this is that we've never even been able to upgrade this abilities quality, trying to upgrade it with a gemcutter's prism does literally nothing - for 2 entire seasons!!

I'm not sure how many other ascendency abilities we weren't able to upgrade quality but I just thought it was funny they highlight a nerf to an ability's quality, but no mention of fixing actually being able to upgrade the ability's quality in the first place...

Think they fixed it?

Also I'm sure this ability will be stronger overall after patch but not sure that specific nerf was warranted on nearly the least played class in the game. This ability never got fixed cause no one was playing witchunter in order to complain about it lol

Fox Talisman (added in 0.2) socketed in body armour provides +2% to quality of all skills, including Sorcery Ward.

New lineage support gem Dialla's Desire provides +10% to quality of supported skills. New notable The Cunning Fox which was also showed during the livestream provides +10% to quality of all skills.

That's all fine and dandy, my point is that we have never been able to upgrade that skills quality like we're supposed to because it's bugged and they nerfed the ability's quality potential with no mention of actually being able to upgrade its quality now

Bugged in what way? We're supposed to improve the quality of ascendancy skills via things I gave above (and similar). Gemcutter's Prism "improves the quality of a skill gem". It wouldn't make much sense for it to work on anything other than gems.

alright i guess none of the ascendancy skills can be upgraded with the prism. I figured that was a bug when the game first launched because I played witchunter and there was not a single way to upgrade sorcery ward's quality so I figured it had to be bugged, why show what quality does when it cannot be upgraded lol
