Change/Undo Passive Tree Attributes

Unfortunately, I can no longer change my passive attributes. I speak to Doryani and select the option to change/undo, but as soon as I click confirm, nothing happens. The tree remains as it was before, and I can't change anything. What should I do now? Thank you in advance
