A bug in Chapter 2's plot is preventing me from progressing further.

The ivory quest item has already been submitted, but it still prompts to turn in the quest item. All three quest items have been completed, yet only the ivory quest item is shown as not submitted. Returning to the BOSS doesn't yield any drops, and it's impossible to proceed to the next quest.
