Skill point missing after attempting to re-spec

Simple issue here, I was trying to re-spec one of my passive points from the 3% cast node near the sorceress start to the regain 3% of mana on picking up a remnant notable, and the skill point just.... vanished. It's gone. I've tried relogging, I've tried respeccing other points, it's still gone. I dunno what to do atp.
