Lythara boss fight: no spirit reward - no completion

I didn't get the spirit reward or the completion from lythara. fight her twice.

-EDIT- got it finally. 3rd time the charm

I also fight her , get the reward spawn, click on it but my inventory was full and the reward disappear, and did not get the completion.
I just refight her a second time and no reward.

I have the same issue.

No reward item or anything. The amount of my maximum spirit is still the same.

Happened to me today. No reward. Fought her 3 times.

Just happened to me too, I think inventory was full and I clicked the spirit reward. Now it's gone. This happened in 0.4.0c.

was the issue resolved? I have the same problem, I am not sure if the item did not drop or I just did not pick it up the first time. I am hoping it might drop, did the boss only 7 times so far.
