Poe2 Act 4

After I killed the boss "Benedictus, the first Herald" in Act 4 he just disappears and I can't continue playing the game because the game says I still have to kill him, but he is dead.

Please help, I don't wanna start a new character this early in the new season.

I killed him after he killed me because of the poison..

Got the same Problem, he just disappears on his rock.
