socketed skill on spirit gem skills bug

Cast on minion death only works on 1 weapon set. When socketed with detonate dead only, it says missing socketed skill for my weapon set 1, for weapon set 2 however, the skill is activated.




Socketing bursting plague support, removes this missing socketed skill notification, however the skill doesn't activate for both weapon sets.

With skill off, both weapon sets have 60 spirit, so it should be able to be on for both sets.


Here it is with blasphemy also not working. It only gets activated on the other weapon set, and when its activated there is no aura effect.

Maybe there is some other interaction going on that I'm missing? Please help.

I fixed it by cutting a new spirit gem.

Same problem for Cast on Ailments , work on weapon set 1 but not for 2º.

I will try to create a new gem and test it.

Concur. It IS a bug. Almost died in Trial of Sekhema.
Works on Weapon Set 1, not the other.

I am not sure why it's not working for me to cut new gems.


I'm experiencing the same problem that i had in another thread about auras simply not working, and so i cut new gems to make those new gems work fine. But this time cutting new gems is not working, and it seems to be the same sort of issue that these people are having in this thread.


i have Cast on Elemental Ailment socketed and only working in weapon slot 2, with the kulemak staff.

I was using the same staff, but 1 level lower, and then i got the new staff, and now CoEA ain't working. It was working just fine on the exact same staff i was using. Now it is not.

I'm doing a lot of googling now to figure out the solution and some of these things go back a year, but nothing is helping me.

So i cut a second new gem and it worked this time, but now my other Cast on Crit is bugged. but it's bugged in a way that still lets me use it on one weapon set.

this bug is OLD. why does this happen?
