Bug Report – Missing Forge after Game Completion

Dear Support Team,

I would like to report a possible bug I encountered while playing Path of Exile 2.

After finishing a game, I noticed that the forge disappeared. When I started a new quest, the forge was still missing, and there were no pending quests left. Prior to this, I switched from Solo Mode to Normal Mode, and I remember that the forge was still available while I was in Solo Mode.

I also checked both my Fashion Stash and Base Stash, but the forge was not there either.

Could you please help check this issue for me? I need access to the forge in order to progress through the map.

ดิฉัน/ผมพบปัญหาที่อาจเป็นบัคขณะเล่นเกม Path of Exile 2

หลังจากเล่นเกมจบ พบว่าเตาหลอมได้หายไป และเมื่อเริ่มเควสใหม่ เตาหลอมก็ยังไม่ปรากฏ รวมทั้งไม่มีเควสค้างคา ก่อนหน้านี้ได้มีการเปลี่ยนโหมดจากโหมด Solo เป็นโหมดปกติ ซึ่งจำได้ว่าในโหมด Solo ยังมีเตาหลอมอยู่

ดิฉัน/ผมได้ตรวจสอบทั้งในคลังแฟชั่นและคลังฐานแล้ว แต่ก็ไม่พบเตาหลอมอยู่เช่นกัน

รบกวนทีมงานช่วยตรวจสอบปัญหานี้ให้ด้วย เนื่องจากดิฉัน/ผมจำเป็นต้องใช้เตาหลอมในการผ่านด่านแผนที่
