Amazon Elemental Surge Help

How do I trigger the surge? The wording makes it seem like I need to actively consume a charge to infuse my weapon, but I am not seeing a relevant skill to bind. All I have is "Elemental Surge" which I cannot bind to the bar. After acquiring charges, using an elemental skill doesn't infuse my weapon with surges either.

" It should trigger automatically if you have a charge. You will see it triggers because towards the end of your attack, there's a mini explosion. 1. Have a charge 2. Throw a projectile 3. Watch the impact for a mini explosion |
